There is no minimum requirement of contribution to form a LLP. Our professional fees would be fixed irrespective of quantum of share capital.
In case you require a LLP with a contribution of more than Rs 1 lac or with more than two designated partners, the Govt. fees would increase as per the fixed slabs prescribed by MCA in this regard.
Also please note that we can have your relative/friend as a partner. There is no minimum requirement for the contribution ratio i.e. we can have ratio as 99.99:.01
Please note that we will provide you each ROC system generated challans for the Govt.costs, as a measure of transparency in business.

Apart from the above, a stamp-paper of the value of Rs.
1,000 (Rs 2000 for Karnataka) will be required to be procured by you for the
purpose of executing the LLP Agreement.
Please find below the checklist of documents and information required for to initiate the process:
- PAN Card copies as Proof of Nationality (Self Attested).
- Voter ID/Passport/Driving License/Adhar as proof of Identity (Self Attested).
- Copy of latest electricity bill/telephone bill/mobile bill/bank statement as proof of residency (Self Attested).
- Occupation of the Directors
- E-Mail IDs.
- Phone Numbers.
- Photos (JPG)
For Proposed Company:
- Options for names for the proposed Company (on the basis of preference)
- Amount of Share Capital; proposed shareholding ratio.
- A paragraph on the proposed major line of business of the company (main objects)
- City of Registered Office.
- Copy of ownership deed/sale deed(if property is owned)
- Copy of rent agreement (if property is rented)
- Copy of latest electric bill/telephone bill/mobile bill/gas bill for the registered office proof.
- Copy of Property Tax Receipt.
